To make it more delightful we back that with a good refunds policy.

We happily offer you a refunds warranty of 60 Days from the Original Date of Your Purchase. After this period we will be unable to consider requests for replacements/exchanges or refunds.

 

What If I Cancel An Order Before Its Arrival?

We sincerely hope that you get to enjoy the products we offer and no such situations arise. But if for any reason you need to cancel your order then either of the following would apply:

Canceling An Order During Its Processing:

The in-house processing of an order takes roughly 24 hours. If you have to cancel the order during this period then we could offer refunds in the form of store credits or money.

If you opt for store credits then you will get credits worth the full amount that you have paid in the form of discount vouchers.

Else if you want the money refunded to account, then a cancellation fee of 20% of the actual amount paid of the concerned product(s) would apply. Please understand that this fee is applied to cover up the charges applied on us by the banks/credit card companies and other payment processors for you order and its refund.

Canceling An Order During its Fulfilment:

    If you have to cancel an order after the processing time of 24 hours is over, then refunds in such cases will attract a cancellation fee based on the status and condition of the order subject to a minimum of 35%. Please note that this fee is charged to cover up the charges applied on for refunds by banks and/or credit card companies and/or payment processors, shipping charges and restocking fees.

     

    What If I Want To Return/Exchanges The Items I Received?

    We always desire to make you happy through our products but if things go wrong then we insist you contact us so that we can help you and get the matter sorted. Please refer to the information below before contacting us.

    Items Eligible For Replacement/Refund

    Only faulty or defective items are eligible. If you have received items that are faulty or defective then please let us know about it within 48 hours of receiving your order at ennrapofficial@gmail.com. We will promptly get in touch with you to get you a replacement or refund.

    Also if there is a mismatch with your order then do contact us positively within 48 hours so that we can get the matter sorted.

    Please Note: Our Policy does not cover damages caused by any kind of use/ misuse/abuse of the product including water damages (e.g: electronics exposed to water, washed garments, etc).

      Sale/Offer Items

      Yes. We gladly offer the same policy for sale/offer items also.

      We know that every purchase is valuable to you as it is to us. We are also customers for something or the other to someone else. Everyone wants their orders to be treated with the same level of importance and so do we.

      That is why we do cover sale/offer items in our refunds policy.

      If the items you received is through contests/giveaways then such items are only eligible for replacement.

      Gifts

      If you have received an item as a gift from someone else who purchased it from our online store then we request you to ask the original buyer to contact us for replacement/refund.

      Else if you have purchased an item as a gift for someone else, we will happily assist you to get the issue resolved and bring a smile to both of your faces.

      Proofs Required:

      1. Proof of Purchase: The Receipt/Invoice of the order.
      2. Proof of Damage: Pictures and/or Videos clearly indicating the faults/defects.

      We will get back to you once we have processed and analyzed the matter. Upon approval of the same, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      What If Refunds Are Late Or Missing?

      Once your refund is approved, we always attempt to process and issue the refund to you. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
