Where do you ship to?

Orders are delivered to the Shipping address mentioned at checkout.

Worldwide Shipping: We know you want to get a taste of our products. We are also trying hard to get the products available worldwide, so that no matter where you are, you get to enjoy them as much as we love to share them.

Is Shipping free?

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on all orders except giveaways. It's our way of saying thanks for your trust in us.

Products given as giveaways (i.e at extremely discounted prices or free) has shipping charges on them. Please understand that though we are offering the products as giveaways, we cannot pay for the shipping charges as that would incur us huge losses and we wouldn't stay sustainable.

When will I receive my order?

Our items are shipped to you from various places all around the world. Once an order is confirmed, it goes through the following stages:

  • In-house processing: 24 hours
  • Factory/warehouse processing & dispatch: 2 - 7 days (due to various factors like availability, production, checking, order volumes etc)
  • Shipment to you: 1 - 3 weeks (USA), 1 - 5 weeks (rest)

Overall it might take 1 - 6 weeks in total to get the products delivered to you depending on your location.

While we always try to get the products delivered to you as soon as possible, there may be delays in shipments due to factors like weather conditions, customs, etc but please understand that these factors are generally beyond our control.

What if the product received is found damaged?

We are wholeheartedly committed to ensuring that your products reach you safely and securely. Please note that handling of the package depends upon the courier, but we accept full responsibility for it.

However, in the unlikely event that you received a damaged product, we insist you raise a request to us by sending a mail at ennrapofficial@gmail.com and we will set things right. Please refer to our refunds policy for more details.

What about Customs and Others Taxes?

The prices displayed (in USD) on our site are tax-free. But orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes upon receipt in the destination country which is determined by the local customs office.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and also don't cover these charges. Please understand that we are not responsible for any actions taken by the customs. If any tax is applied to the shipment, we request you pay it as the customer is liable to pay import duties. Please contact your local customs office for further details.

What if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?

We ship all orders with insured shipping and with tracking information so that you can become aware of the shipment status anytime. If a package gets stuck anywhere or lost in the mail which is highly unlikely, then you need not worry because we will send a new package to you.

Please note that shipping depends on the courier and is not under our control, but we accept full responsibility for it.  That is why we send the products insured so that you may relax while shopping.

Why is my order shipped in Multiple Package?

We bring products to you from various corners of the world. If your order contains multiple items, those items could be in different warehouses. So to get them to you fast we ship them in separate packages.

We may also ship items to you in separate packages at different times based on the available stock to prevent holding up of your order and to give them to you as quickly as possible.
